There are two separate solicitations included here:

1. Airport Snow Plow Vehicle: The base bid includes an all-wheel drive dump truck carrier vehicle and a 16 foot wide snow plow designed for airport high speed plowing operations.
2. Airport Snow Removal Carrier Vehicle with Attachments: The base bid includes an all-wheel drive industrial tractor carrier vehicle with loader. Snow removal attachments will be bid as additives to the base bid. Attachments include a 8’ wide hydraulically driven rotary broom, a 7’ wide hydraulically driven rotary snow blower and a 12’ wide multi-function ramp plow.
