- COVID-19 Prevention Procedures
The latest Board-approved version of the Inyo County Employee COVID-19 Prevention Procedures was adopted by the Board on 3/21/2023, in compliance with Cal/OSHA's nonemergency standard of 2/3/2023, which is in effect until 2/2025.
Effective 1/2024, there was a change in how outbreaks are calculated and when to isolate. Outbreaks are calculated using a seven day base instead of a 14 day base. Effective 5/2024, the isolation and testing rules were discontinued. However, the rest of the rules and our CPP continue through 2/2025.
If substantial changes occur prior to 2/2025, we will revise the written policy and take it to the Board for consideration. Any questions, call Risk Management.
